Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions before you contact us
What should I wear for my first lesson?
Wear long pants (jeans are fine), closed-toe shoes with a small heel, and comfortable clothing. We provide helmets, but you're welcome to bring your own if it meets safety standards.
Do I need any experience to start?
No experience is necessary! Our beginner programs are designed for complete newcomers to horses and riding. We start with basic safety and horse handling before getting on a horse.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend lessons. However, we often have same-week availability for weekday lessons.
What's included in lesson fees?
All lessons include horse rental, safety equipment (helmet), basic grooming tools, and expert instruction. Private lessons include additional personalized attention and flexible scheduling.
Can I bring my own horse?
Yes! We offer training and coaching services for riders who want to work with their own horses. Contact us to discuss boarding options and requirements.
What's your cancellation policy?
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis with full refunds or rescheduling options.

Closed on public holidays. Special arrangements available for private lessons outside regular hours.
