1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at skill-tipster.com or using our horse riding lesson services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Skill Tipster provides horse riding lessons, trail rides, and related equestrian services at our facility located at 123 Equestrian Drive, Camden NSW 2570, Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Beginner to advanced horse riding lessons
• Private and group instruction
• Trail riding experiences
• Horse training and care education
• Facility tours and events

3. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

Participants under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent to participate in our programs. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows all safety rules and instructions.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

4.1 Medical Fitness

All participants must be in good physical health and able to safely participate in horse riding activities. You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your ability to ride safely.

4.2 Safety Equipment

All riders must wear approved safety helmets at all times when mounted. We provide helmets, but you may use your own if it meets current safety standards. Appropriate footwear and clothing are required.

4.3 Safety Rules

All participants must follow instructor directions and facility safety rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability

5.1 Inherent Risks

Horse riding and related activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Falls from horses
• Kicks, bites, or other contact with horses
• Equipment failure
• Unpredictable horse behavior
• Weather-related hazards
• Terrain hazards during trail rides

5.2 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from participation.

5.3 Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Skill Tipster, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in our programs.

6. Insurance

Skill Tipster maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However, participants are strongly encouraged to maintain their own health and accident insurance. You participate at your own risk and expense.

7. Booking and Payment Terms

7.1 Booking Requirements

All lessons and programs must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

7.2 Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Group programs may require deposit payments.

7.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website or by contacting us directly.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Customer Cancellations

• Individual lessons: 24 hours notice required for full refund
• Group programs: 48 hours notice required
• Multi-lesson packages: Cancellations subject to individual lesson policies
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payment

8.2 Weather Cancellations

We may cancel lessons due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons. In such cases, lessons will be rescheduled or refunded at your option.

8.3 Facility Cancellations

If we must cancel due to facility issues, horse unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

9. Conduct and Behavior

All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Fails to follow safety instructions
• Engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Mistreats horses or equipment
• Violates facility rules

Removal for misconduct will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

10. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during lessons and events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt out in writing.

11. Property and Equipment

11.1 Facility Use

Participants may only access areas of the facility designated for their specific program. Unauthorized access to other areas is prohibited.

11.2 Equipment Responsibility

Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

11.3 Personal Property

Skill Tipster is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants attend at their own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Tipster's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
